@ntsa_kenya Please confirm if someone needs to visit huduma/ntsa for capture of biometrics and photo for smart DL renewal. Ideally you should have these already from initial application but then again there is nothing ideal and sensible with GOK services. ☹️

@StanbicKE i am yet to receive the help i need, 3 days later. The branches are also very full due to this. Doing the not well thought through upgrades during end month is very incompetent on your end and we are very disappointed!
