@flyspicejet I had booked a domestic flight from Amritsar to Mumbai and you rescheduled it within 24 hours. I cancelled to get full refund & I was told it will be done. Now @makemytrip isuued 1/3rd of the refund. What's this? Some new way of looting people?

@makemytripcare I already have used that link to file my complaint, and my issue is still unresolved. No customer deserves to be harassed, just bcz airlines rescheduled the flight on their own, and upon cancellation, the agency @makemytrip is not giving full refund.
