@GinoSergeHadji@ZemmourEric Le football n'est qu'un jeu, pas un combat et ceux qui se "battent sous le drapeau français" sont les soldats. Faire des sacrifices pour sa carrière ou sa famille c'est très bien, mais il n'y a rien d'altruiste dans celà, rien de désintéressé.
@zarahussain999@gazza00789 Pretending that being assimilate mean to wear short or sexy clothes, is really absurd. British womans wear a wide range of different clothes
@zarahussain999 This is not british culture. This is just some young womans in their free time enjoying life the way they want. Nobody force them to be dress like that or to not to. People are not considering them as preys just because they are showing some skin or they hairs.
@Terrence_STR@OliLondonTV Doesn't seem to me that his post was against any religion. Many people don't really understand why UK and more generally, north European countries are cancelling their own ancestral traditions.
@The_Hellenist While Rome conquered Greece militarily, in many ways it was conquered in return by Greek culture — religion, philosophy, art, and so on. And, thanks to this Roman reverence for all things Greek, much of ancient Greek culture has survived until today.

"A native speaker’s language is their first language. This usually means that it dominated their youth and is therefore the language they do their thinking in (though there are some exceptions). A native speaker is more than fluent — ..."
@modafoka_genX @Echetlaeus_ "Fluently as a native languague"
@Tayelrand@vicktop55@5y5t3m_3rr0r Greece never bought the S300, it was Cyprus

Turkey threatened of a pre-emptive strike as a response to the arrival of the missiles.
The 🇺🇲 strongly opposed Cyprus's plans to install the anti-aircraft weapons and that's how they were finally installed in 🇬🇷
@Emosch_06 @SpartaStrategos@TasteAtlas "The replacing of loanwords in Turkish is part of a policy of Turkification of Atatürk. The Ottoman Turkish language had many loanwords from Arabic and Persian, but also European languages..."

@adem_5361 You don't even understand what you posting. The graphic you post says that 21% of the 4037 FOREIGN WORDS that greek language borrowed is of Turkish origin, not that greek language is composed of 21% of Turkish words. Meaning, there is ONLY 848 Turkish words in Greek language.
@YusufErim34 Let's be honest, those who really doesn't want Turkey in the EU are those who were only pretending that they supported its candidacy, most notably France and Germany.
@YusufErim34 In 1999, (with Prime Minister Simitis) Greece became a true supporter of Turkey’s candidacy to the EU. Since then, others EU states couldn't anymore use Greece as a scapegoat to justify a hesitant policy towards Turkey.
