This is such a non-point. You always had the opportunity to get overly strong in HR, like we are now, before G/M Rank drops. It will be easy at first.

@TacoModer @BannedDino It's funny you say that because at a higher level of play, the GS is one of the worst weapons for fast times. For some fights (like AT Arkveld), it's the worst.

They gave it a lot of tools but made it worse than it had been as compensation

The skill gap for it is drastically decreased. Focus mode not ONLY lets you 360 aim but it also helps move you closer to the monster.

It dumbs down a core identity of the series a lot

It's the most egregious on GS for sure. GL is pretty close behind with being able to 360 aim wyvern fire
