It's so strange to me how underrated the Cenozoic is.

Like yeah dinosaurs and co are cool and all. But the Cenozoic has animal groups that we coexist with but from the past and very different as a result.

Meet Spinosaurus mirabilis.

I got to see the material and skull reconstruction in the lab last year. Lots of people have been working hard on getting this described for quite some time and it's great to finally see it published.
