My truth: I’m having more bad days than good right now; more moments than I care to admit where I don’t feel like a great mother, daughter or friend.
But it helps me to say this out loud, and admit that I need support sometimes.
It’s okay to be human. ❤️ #BellLetsTalk

We have become distracted by discussions about exceptions to public health direction. My message is clear - we must all #StayHome to reduce the spread of #COVID19. If we don’t do this, our numbers will continue to rise, and even more Manitobans will suffer from #Covid19MB.
If you won’t take COVID-19 seriously for yourself, your family or your community — and we have ample proof there are MANY who are guilty of this — how about taking it seriously for front-line health care workers such as my friend who have to deal with the horrific fall-out daily.
September is Childhood Cancer Awareness Month. The #Winnipegsign is shining Gold in solidarity with all the brave children fighting this disease, and the medical professionals searching for a cure. #ChildhoodCancerAwarenessMonth
September is #ChildhoodCancerAwarenessMonth, so I wanted to reshare this piece I wrote earlier this year. I hope it shows you some of the realities children with cancer and their families face.
