@TraceyM16163050 @NathMufc @UK_CAA @Georgiabiggs4 i no did u also pay by dd ive heard people sayin if ur whole holiday wasnt through thomas cook ie including flights that there wnt b a full refund..i had paid Thomas cook for everything includin the insurance not sure how all this works..dont think its fair on those waiting 😭
