Short version is, using AV1 encoder will make VODs become 30 fps. x264, H.264, HEVC have no such problems

Wonderful, I have the honor of being banned on TikTok for unknown reason other than uploading my clips from Twitch.

I also have the extra honor of not being able to submit ban appeal on multiple occasions. With janky UI at some attempts but all roads lead to "something wrong"
