An anti-shisha smoking campaign that is focused on creating awareness on all the health risks associated with smoking shisha.#KnowtheTruth Shisha harms😥
"The social media campaigns have been documented in countries that ban tobacco advertising on the internet. These campaigns also circumvent the policies of social media companies." via @TobaccoFreeKids https://t.co/bhCb17ZzNL
Thanks to @Jake2001! Tobacco Control BMJ just published a sound research paper comparing nasty stuff from vapor & cigarettes. Presented on a logarithmic scale, it all looks bad. Here's what it looks like in the linear world we actually inhabit.

Don’t smoke and if you smoke already, do everything in your power to quit. Apart from the well-known risks of heart disease and cancer, smoking accelerates bone density loss and constricts blood flow. So you could live to be a 90-year-old amputee who smells of stale tobacco smoke
@Theatfi So how is Shisha regulated then? And if smoking in public places is Banned, why do they allow shisha to be smoked in bars and restaurants? Doesn't make sense
Of concern, smokers of water pipes may be exposed to even more smoke than cigarette smokers because water pipe smoking sessions last from 20-80 minutes, tantamount to about 100 or more cigarettes. #ShishaBanGH#knowthetruth@LabramM@health_ghs
"Shisha contains carbon monoxide (CO) in amounts equal to or greater than that from cigarettes. CO replaces oxygen on red blood cells, making it harder for the body to
deliver oxygen to vital organs which can later lead to organ damage".
