@ShitCouriers I finally got thru to an actual person who told me they couldn't help me and transfered me back to hold where I was now 63rd in line arghhhhhh!! Apparently they tried to deliver to my apt but courier never bothered to call my phone...wtf @fastwayireland

Hearing so many accounts of how @fastwayireland are an absolute disgrace when it comes to either providing the service they claim to offer, or any kind of customer service, and by continuing to use them as only delivery option, @LittlewoodsIRL are shooting themselves in the foot.

@alfredomg @fastwayireland Frome what we can tell, fastway no longer maintain their twitter/facebook accounts. Chances are they didn't attempt to deliver at all. If you go to their website you should be able to get a telephone number for the driver in your area. Let us know how you get on please.
