Behaviour of @MamataOfficial in not discussing aftermath of Yaas in West Bengal with the PM is beyond the pale. In effect, she is manufacturing a confrontation between Centre & state. I don’t know what is served by her tantrums but the credibility of WB has taken a nosedive.1/2
