@4SylvesterMcCoy Iโd like to nominate my husband, @ecossefilmmaker. Not only is he a wonderful father to our son, Harrison, but Sylvester was his first and favourite Doctor ๐ด๓ ง๓ ข๓ ณ๓ ฃ๓ ด๓ ฟ
@morvc@Film4@glasgowfilmfest 2. โฆ especially when looked at through the lens of male writers and directors. I feel like the story would have been stronger, funnier and more joyous if it was a slightly older group of characters.
@morvc@Film4@glasgowfilmfest 1. I agree with the concept but I do feel like using โcatholic school girlsโ to present this joyous celebration of female autonomy and sexuality was misplaced. I feel the story was uncomfortably centred around โschool girls seduce older menโโฆ
@morvc@Film4@glasgowfilmfest I feel like Iโve missed something with this one. I seen it as a film which sexualised and fetishised teenaged, high school girls made by men. I left the cinema so uncomfortable with what Iโd seen. Iโm all for sexual liberation but I felt something quite off with this one
@Loraine78449444@speckled_jim2@SgeulM@bbcalba @LucyLinger @DebbieBMoon @empowermint Well thatโs definitely not what I said, maybe have a wee re-read or have a look up on this particular merch?
@iceni_123@speckled_jim2@ecossefilmmaker Oh, you mustnโt be aware of what this is actually about? But this is actually anti trans merch. Itโs not about being a woman, itโs that this particular merchandise has been produced specifically to be anti trans. Bonkers to hate a marginalised group ๐คก๐
@sophieheloiset I mean, I guess some people just like spending time with their other halves. And when you are both busy, even little things like going supermarket shopping feels like time well spent together. But I suppose you would have to be in a happy relationship to know that ๐
