मुंबई महानगरपालिकेचा कारभार ढिसाळ झालेला आहे. दोन वर्षांपेक्षा अधिक काळ महानगरपालिकेत जनतेची बाजू मांडणारे लोकप्रतिनीधी नसल्यामुळे महानगरपालिकेचे प्रशासक राज्यसरकारच्या संगनमताने मनमानी कारभार करु लागले आहेत, त्याचे भयंकर परिणाम मुंबईकरांना भोगावे लागत आहेत.

मुंबई पिण्याच्या पाण्याची समस्या गंभीर झालेली आहे, ह्याची जाणीव मुंबईकरांना आहे. ह्या समस्येवर उपाययोजना करण्यासाठी मागच्या काळात अनेक उपाययोजनांवर काम सुरु झाले होते परंतु त्यावर कुठल्याही प्रकारची ठोस भूमिका मुंबई महानगरपालिका प्रशासक घेताना दिसत नाहीत. अनेक प्रकल्प रडखलेले आहेत त्याकडेही प्रशासक ढिम्मपणे बघत बसले आहेत.

जनतेचा प्रतिनीधी जेव्हा महानगरपालिकेत असतो तेव्हा प्रशासनाला जाब विचारतो, जनतेचे प्रश्न मांडतो, जनतेच्या समस्यांवर उपाययोजना करण्यासाठी प्रशासनाला भाग पाडतो. साहजिकच सध्या लोकप्रतिनीधीच नसल्याने मुंबईकरांचे प्रचंड हाल हे प्रशासन करीत आहे.

Residents of Kurla met me today, along with @MorajkarPravina ji, voicing their strong opposition to the GR that hands over another big plot to the Dharavi Redevelopment Project.

This plot, of Mother Dairy, is like a dense urban forest, but more so, the question is when Dharavi can be redeveloped in- situ, why are so many big land parcels being given to the developer?

Is Mumbai being sold by bjp and mindhe to 1 industrialist?
Does Mumbai’s voice not matter?

Like Mulund, even Kurla is opposed to giving land to a private industrialist, under the guise of Dharavi Redevelopment.
The rights claimed over our city by the developer, are more than any colonialist in the past!

We will oppose this sale of Mumbai, tooth and nail.
Our forefathers fought for Mumbai to be a part of Maharashtra, and now the bjp that wants to take it away from Maharashtra, is using routes of industrialists for the same!

Recently on May 15, 2024 NTA postponed CUET UG- 2024 examination in Delhi Centres and rescheduled it to May 29, 2024

नॅशनल टेस्टिंग एजन्सीने १८ जूनला घेतलेल्या NET-UGC परिक्षेत घोळ झाल्याची शंका लक्षात येताच, ती परीक्षा काल तातडीने रद्द केली. जो घोळ NEET च्या वेळेस झाला तो आता पुन्हा अंगलट येऊ नये म्हणून ही तातडीची 'कातडी बचाव' हालचाल केंद्राने केली. पण त्याने ही परीक्षा देणाऱ्या विद्यार्थ्यांचं नुकसानच झालं. ९ लाख विद्यार्थ्यांचे प्रचंड कष्ट आणि ह्या परिक्षेसाठी करावा लागलेला खर्च वाया गेला. मनस्ताप झाला तो वेगळाच. आता पुन्हा नव्याने परीक्षा द्यावी लागणार आहे.

'परीक्षा पे चर्चा' करणाऱ्यांना घोळ घातल्याशिवाय देशभरात कुठलीही परिक्षा घेता येऊ नये ह्यापेक्षा मोठा विरोधाभास काय?

युवकांच्या प्रश्नांचं फक्त भांडवल करणाऱ्या ह्या केंद्र सरकारने दिखाऊपणा बंद करून खरे प्रश्न सोडवण्यावर भर द्यावा. तरुणांच्या भविष्याशी खेळणं बंद करावं.

आता ह्या परीक्षा रद्द झालेल्या तरुणांशी 'परीक्षा पे चर्चा' करतील का?
