Attention, @BPCLimited@BPCLLPG,
This is a formal complaint against C.T. Parikh Agencies, Palghar (Bharatgas LPG Distributor). The Complaint & Suggestion section on the official display board appears to have no grievance contact details, leaving customers with no clear way to raise complaints.
My experience has been extremely disappointing. The staff are rude, arrogant, and unprofessional. They behave as if they're doing customers a favour instead of providing a paid public service. Customers are made to wait for hours with no proper queue management, no communication, and no respect for their time as if people have nothing else to do.
Your KYC and OTP verification process is equally frustrating due to repeated server issues, making even basic LPG services unnecessarily difficult. Despite booking my cylinder a month in advance, my booking was cancelled without any prior intimation. When I asked for an explanation, the staff responded rudely and refused to acknowledge the issue or take any responsibility. Please train your staff in basic professionalism, customer service, and courtesy.
The office displays a notice stating that customer service is available until 1:30 PM and resumes at 2:15 PM, yet the office is completely locked during this period. I request BPCL to clarify whether this practice is in line with its customer service guidelines?, particularly when customers including senior citizens are already waiting for service. A lunch break should not come at the cost of basic courtesy, communication, and humane treatment.
What disturbed me the most was witnessing an elderly lady, around 70 years old, who had come for her KYC. She was called to the counter but was then told to wait because of server issues. Shortly afterwards, the staff closed the office for lunch, locked the office, and left customers including senior citizens waiting . Senior citizens deserve dignity, empathy, and timely service not this kind of treatment.
This reflects poorly on BPCL. Consumers are entitled to fair treatment, transparent grievance redressal, and quality service under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019. I request BPCL to ensure these standards are upheld
I request @BPCLimited, @BPCLLPG, @MoPNG_eSeva, @InfoPalghar, @DARPG_GoI, @MahaDGIPR, and @jagograhakjago investigate this distributor and its staff, verify compliance with BPCL's customer service and grievance redressal norms, and take appropriate steps
Providing a “PAID” public service is a responsibility, not an act of charity. Respect your customers' time especially senior citizens. Every customer deserves courtesy, professionalism, and accountability.

@MoPNG_eSeva Thank you for your response. I’ve sent the requested details via DM. I trust the matter will now be addressed seriously, and appropriate action will be taken against the distributor. Awaiting your update. @MoPNG_eSeva@jagograhakjago@PetroleumMin

@MahaCyber1 @Mum_CyberPolice
Requesting action against IG account (evo.fuckerx). He has been threatening me, saying “nobody can save you now” and claiming he can hack my account (iyergee). He has harassed many others too and openly boasts about it. Please investigate.
#OperationSindoor: China and the United States have launched a propaganda campaign against India after the Indian forces put heavy costs on the Pakistani forces.
@palkisu tells you more.
Please let me know what I should respond to for the western vocabulary and I will do my best to squeeze in responses.
No trickery of words will be used to fool the world while I stand guard.
