@vasantshetty81 I would say that is primarily because now the goal becomes external validation instead of the outcome that we wanted. Also, then it becomes a feedback loop where you are stuck chasing external validation and you become extremely vulnerable to manipulation.

We realised this problem early on. The amount of talent density this country has and we are seeing it live on the startup hiring platform that we are building is insane. One thing I would say is that there should be differentiation between the filters for pool of candidates for MNC's and pool of candidates available for startups as the requirements are as different as heaven and hell.

We screen for Top 1% talent on our startup hiring platform through real interviews and once in both the jobseekers and founders have to upload a video pitch of 60-120 seconds pitch.
