@flipkartsupport Ordered a product & waited 1 month for delivery. Technician came a week later to install, only to find it’s damaged. Demo installation cancelled, and now no way to return it. Unable to reach out cc support, and no one’s reached out to resolve this. What kind of service is this?

Ordered a TV during Big Billion Days, delivery due 15 Oct, still not shipped.
Stop fooling customers with fake discounts & poor service.
No real support — only crappy chatbots!

can’t be shipped & asked to cancel for refund.

I said NO. I want my product.
If you cancel it automatically, I’ll move to Consumer Court, under the Consumer Protection Act.
