If you're in Bangalore, it's the season where everybody falls ill at-least once, so here are some things you can do to keep safe:

1. If you live in a high raised building, do not keep your bedroom window open over-night, trust me.
2. Drink hot water. Wherever & whenever possible
3. Eat food made by yourself, reduce order-ins.
4. Have a ready stock of all essential meds with you
5. If you live alone, have a good friend/colleague who can come to your place at disposal
