By court order Dr. Neeraj kumar (MBBS ,MD) and Prem Prakash Arora (Admin of Kailash Hospital Khurja) are now Accused u/s 304 Soon will be in jail for their heinous crime .
Because of their negligency and wrong treatment in handling mild fever i lost my 19 y/o brother .

FIR has been lodged against
Dr. Neeraj kumar (MBBS,MD) and Prem Prakash Arora (Admin of Kailash Hospital, Khurja) u/s 304 of IPC by court’s order. They are accused of Ashwani Gaur - 19 y/o Young Law Student,whose life has been taken away on 14 Feb,2023.

Doctors are considered God but Are they really God?
They are getting negligent by the day when it comes to administering medication.

Ashwani’s reports of 10 feb ,11 feb & 13 feb are normal , all organs were normal functioning

How can it be possible for a 19 y/o young boy that within some hours and in a common fever, his condition results into Accute SAH (traumatic head injury) ,Cerebral Edema (swelling of the brain) , Sepsis , Respiratory Shock , Respiratory Failure , AKI (accute kidney injury)
