Ever heard of TAPPRA?

It’s a TransAbdominal PrePeritoneal ventral hernia repair with Rectus Aponeuroplasty.

Kind of a unique situation. It’s basically a robotic TAPP approach and of the primary closure of the hernia defect is not possible, then a posterior rectus sheath release can help get your defect closed.
