I used Porter for my first move from Bangalore → Noida. After delivery, expensive items were missing from my boxes, while the box count was intact and the boxes looked properly packed/repacked.

@porterit_ I personally checked with the vendor, and they told me the godown has 9–10 CCTV cameras and asked me to check with Porter.

@porterit_ After this experience, I would not recommend trusting Porter with valuable belongings. If something goes missing, don't assume Porter will take responsibility or provide meaningful support.

@porterit_ Instead of properly investigating, Porter is asking me for a video proving the items were packed. Nobody asked me to record the packing - I trusted them.

The packing was done by their third-party vendor A&M Packers & Movers.

My biggest mistake was trusting them.

2 Royal Enfield riding jackets - ₹8,500+ each
My Royal Enfield bike and furniture also arrived damaged.
The selected valuable items are missing, not an entire box. This makes me strongly suspect theft during the shipment.
