So basically, perhaps the passage is saying that no man hath seen God's light.

The word "whom" in "whom no man hath seen" is the Greek 'α½ Ο' which can be translated as either whom, which, or that. Meaning, "whom" could be a mistranslation. Perhaps that which 'no man
