Interested in people’s experiences. Please share for a wide reach. Is the customer service @Avis generally terrible or have I been unlucky? Over 2 months since a complaint was raised and virtually no action. How can I escalate? Emails ignored. Frustrated and out of pocket.

It’s like getting blood from a stone finding out when internet will be back on. 5th day without internet and phone no mobile signal. Several villagers affected in row (Lawhitton) some vulnerable. @VodafoneUK unhelpful @OpenreachHelp can you help?

About the only place I can get any internet. Small rural village (Lawhitton)broadband and phone gone down. Lifeline as no mobile signal and unable to work. No one can tell us issue or timescales @OpenreachHelp @VodafoneUK
