Adam Goodman, CEO of Invisible Narratives, stated that the company "is not ashamed of the truth." He was referring to the negative actions they took against DaFuq!?Boom!, the creator of Skibidi Toilet, such as silencing him, as well as against other content creators associated with Skibidi Toilet. These were the CEO's exact words during a private call I had with them. They show no remorse for exploiting DaFuq!?Boom! or for threatening Skibidi Toilet channels into signing contracts with them.
We already know that Invisible Narratives does not allow Dafuq!?Boom!, the creator of Skibidi Toilet, to speak freely; this company has signed unfair contracts with other creators related to Skibidi Toilet.
During my call with Adam Goodman, CEO of Invisible Narratives, when one of the company's employees tried to explain part of the contract to me, Adam Goodman interrupted him and said that I did not have a contract because I had made it public; I made it public because I believed the company was acting improperly and taking advantage of me.
At one point during the call, Adam explained that my contract was only a draft agreement; however, the company repeatedly asked me to promote merchandise without paying me a single cent. I wanted to maintain a good working relationship with Invisible Narratives.
My contract is written under New York law; and according to New York law, the company was required to compensate me for this type of promotional work. However, I never received any payment for my services.
My case is not unique; there are many other YouTube creators related to Skibidi Toilet who have faced similar situations. There are even creators who signed contracts in which the company demanded 50% of their revenue.

Invisible narratives pushed creator of skibidi toilet, DaFuqboom, out of the franchise. Fans are trying to raise awareness and LawByMike may make a video.
Mike, if you’re reading this - please pay attention to the situation involving Skibidi Toilet, DafuqBoom, and Invisible Narratives.
There are many things here that look very questionable from both a legal and ethical perspective: copyright strikes against channels using content under fair use, alleged threats against creators, restrictions on DafuqBoom’s ability to speak publicly, and the public leaking of his private messages without his permission, seemingly used as a weapon against him.
I understand that from the outside this may look like just another fandom conflict, but the situation is actually much deeper. Over the past few months, a lot of evidence, statements, and materials have come out that need to be looked at in context.

Cut out of creative decisions. Regrets signing. A movie that never happened. Unpaid.
Sold under circumstances that don't appear fair - and now his "statements" are written by Invisible Narratives themselves, while they leak his private business messages and use copyright strikes to silence critics and pressure creators into partnerships.
Hundreds of people came in. The original comment was at one like less then 24 hours ago and now is at 700 likes and 500 replies. Aside from that hundreds commenting under the video itself.
Our community is still so alive. We just often don’t see it.
@lawbymike_ The whole Skibidi Toilet community would love for you to take a look into this situation and help us if possible.
Invisible Narratives, the company that owns Skibidi Toilet, has allegedly engaged in behavior including attacking creators, pushing predatory contracts to silence and exploit them, and other unethical practices.
According to sources from within Invis, as well as Adam Goodman’s own words, Invisible Narratives has placed restrictions, such as NDAs, on the original creator of Skibidi Toilet, preventing him from freely expressing his stance on his relationship with Invisible Narratives and Skibidi Toilet.
Invisible Narratives also publicly released the creator’s WhatsApp messages by buying the https://t.co/sy7Mio2ivo domain. They also personally showed me many of those messages during a video call, without obtaining consent from the real creator, in an attempt to defend themselves.
Invis has repeatedly hidden the truth behind constructed narratives, lied, pressured others, and none of their arguments have had real legitimacy.
It would be really helpful if you could dig into this situation.
News like this is genuinely inspiring. If I ever manage to create a project that makes it to theaters, that would be a dream come true.
The only difference is that instead of “He’s only 20 years old,” news articles will say, “If even he made it, literally anyone can.” Xd
@lawbymike_ received a comment under one of his latest YouTube videos asking if he could cover this skibidi toilet situation and he said “are people interested”. I encourage everyone to comment under his videos and the comment that we are interested.
Popular legal YouTuber, LawByMike, has shown possible interest in covering skibidi toilet.
This follows the creator of skibidi toilet, Boom, losing his franchise and being under NDAs to a Hollywood company named invisible narratives. He asked if there’s interest in the story.
