@SingaporeAir My friend did a test within 3 days (72 hours) but was denied boarding. Who can we speak to to clarify we were wrongfully denied boarding?

@SingaporeAir please clarify. We need a negative covid test within 3 days of flight departure to fly from Singapore to New York. If I took a test on 29th Aug, should I be able to fly on 1st Sept as long as the time between test and flight is less than 72 hours?
