Wow 🤩 Basil, mozzarella and chorizo stuffed chicken with creamy pesto pasta. You’ve charmed me 😍 I baked it in the oven on 180 degrees C for 30 mins and it came out perfectly. The pasta I just threw in a spoonful of pesto and cream cheese at the end 👌🏼

CMRT call out for a male with a lower leg injury sustained during an avalanche. The climbers were able to self rescue down to the coire floor, they were met by the team and stretchered back to the ski area. Multiple reports of avalanches in Coire an t-Sneachda this afternoon.

The last patch of Scottish snow from winter 2020/21 cuts a lonely figure high on the north-east face of Aonach Beag. This patch will almost certainly survive to the lasting snows of this winter, provided they come quite soon.
