Junta forces in Magwe’s Pakokku indiscriminately shelled Nyaung Hla Village on Saturday, burning houses and forcing residents to flee, local media said. Nyaung Hla is across the Irrawaddy River from the UNESCO-listed Bagan archaeological zone.
