@WestMidRailway I am not so bothered about delay repay, I am more interested in getting home in a timely manner. You encourage us to commute, but 5 out of the last 9 days someone has failed to provide the promised service.
@WestMidRailway They obviously can't be bothered - yet again! You encourage commuters to use the train but can't provide the service. 3 days last week, my train was cancelled

@mitchell_hurd@stephan_wynn_@WestMidRailway Not their fault today, but there are many cancellations of trains by West Mids because of a lack of train crew or their new trains breaking down on a regular basis.
@WestMidRailway We were kicked off the 17:40 Shrewsbury to BNS train as they couldn't get the Train to work. We were told to get on the 18:10 service instead, only to find out once it had left that the train hadn't been given the extra stops for the intermediate stations. Why???
@WestMidRailway In an hour's time , you encourage people to commute via train, and then the trains break down on a regular basis, and you don't adjust the stops to help
