@KristinKJanke @RxWritersUnite I like to use an app like #forest_app to block phone distractions during my 30 minute "writing snacks". Successful completion plants a tree in my virtual forest. Accessing other apps during this time will kill my tree! It's fun and satisfying to see my trees at the end of the day
