@AJBMurphy@jet2tweets Completely agree! No one around and had to trek outside through the plumes of cigarette smoke to find the reps huddling like sheep at the bus area, very reluctant to talk! Those poor people in special assistance area who were just left alone with no updates.

@jet2tweets@jet2tweets@AvSourceNews total utter rubbish, jet2 staff were mostly unhelpful and downright rude!! The British reps were the worst too. Still stuck btw, in a hotel that had no clue we were coming, a family split into several rooms and no cot for my baby!
