@ADT @ADT my bank statements show I've paid over $3000 in the last year and a half for services, and now I allegedly owe another $3000. Absolutely ridiculous treatment.

@ADT is the worst. "Forgot to cancel" old addresses when transferring services not once, but TWICE, and then after admitting to double charging us for YEARS, continues to call and threaten my disabled army vet husband with ptsd into a panic attack over a $3000 bill we "owe".

@ADT I have spent 5 hours on the phone this week, was told I would receive a refund for all the extra payments and they convinced me to sign a new contract. We did so and they proceeded to cancel our services again, and tell us we have to pay the bill for both locations.
