@BestBuy Worst buying experience EVER! Ordered a laptop and they contacted Fedex to return to shipper when I asked them to have it located since it hadn't moved!!! Then was told I could repurchase when BB received it back. Called today and was told that's not possible.

Laptop is no longer in stock so I cannot reorder. The suggested a comparable laptop--for $4k! Numerous hours on the phone with overseas 'support'. Supposedly no one can get the laptop back now. It sits in the warehouse in KY. No apologies, no offer to make it right.
