@DVLAgovuk @outofthebredbin It’s far from good enough! I’ve got the same lack of everything from the DVLA with reapplying for my licence after Epilepsy. My Application was received by the DVLA on 2nd Oct and still waiting! Needless to say my complaint made on 05/01 also hasn’t been responded to
