@DVLAgovuk Yeah, good luck with that. My licence has been stolen. Stolen by the DVLA. Over 6 months you've had my medical renewal now and you will never understand how much distress your incompetence causes.
I'll say it again, your service is not fit for purpose and Tim Moss should resign.

Therefore I call for the immediate resignation of its Chief Executive, Tim Moss, with immediate effect.
