@CaseyJBird One of the main reasons I don't talk about my PND is because I don't want to be seen as oversharing! This is an awful choice of hashtag. They want people to talk about it more, but what are they doing to help the organisations that help parents, both mums and dads, that struggle.

@BarclaysUKHelp It would make far more sense to push this data confirmation request from the Barclays App or via the website - a secure environment where the need for conformation could be expressed in full and explained.

@BarclaysUK Sending me messages about my 19 month old son that look like a scam! Why would you give me the option to opt out if you need citizenship information! An no he's not a tax resident, he's 19 months old!!!

In the age of scam SMS messages, an unexpected generic message regarding something as complex as tax residency status is a tremendously poor choice.

Adding an Opt out option only worsens the "scam" feel.

@BarclaysUKHelp Thank you for your reply. You took a copy of his birth certificate when I opened the account so I don't understand why you are asking this now, over a year later. Also I have the same account for my other son but you're not asking about him??
