Heart failure patient. @cvspharmacy not comfortable giving spironolactone as patient is on lisinopril. Patient leave more than 5 messages questioning every medication now.

Hey @cvspharmacy my CANCER patient went to fill her pain medication prescription and the pharmacist refused to fill if bc she felt uncomfortable and then KEPT the prescription so she got readmitted to the hospital in severe pain. This is unacceptable!!!
