Mahatma Gandhi was a change management expert, one of his quotes that is very close to my heart was “In a gentle way, you can shake the whole world” A tribute to a great leader !! #DESMDM #changemanagement #MahatmaGandhi @sreedhari_desai

[Baldeep Singh Pahwa @baldeep_pahwa]

A good leader will never set a goal to increase efficiency, they would implement business process improvement procedures that results in higher efficiencies! #DESMDM @sreedhari_desai #leadership

@EtihadHelp it is highly unprofessional the way you are bluntly saying no without understanding the inconvenience caused by your airline.

[Shradha Malik @ShradhaMalik]

@EtihadAirways @EtihadHelp Almost half an year gone and no compensation for your mistakes!
@consumercourtin

[Shradha Malik @ShradhaMalik]

@EtihadHelp If I was asked to submit bills during my first email, I would definitely provided it! Etihad did not replied for months!

[Shradha Malik @ShradhaMalik]

@EtihadHelp Asking for receips after 4-5 months is not justified. Nobody really keeps it for this long.

[Shradha Malik @ShradhaMalik]

@EtihadHelp I never mentioned that I was not contacted! I was just receiving mails with no solution and I need that. @jagograhakjago

[Shradha Malik @ShradhaMalik]

This complaint was filed on 6th Dec 2017! No help from @EtihadAirways till now!! I have been receiving vague emails with no help & solution!

[Shradha Malik @ShradhaMalik]

@EtihadHelp We are at the Baggage enquiries! Please send somebody!

[Shradha Malik @ShradhaMalik]

@EtihadAirways @jetairways @IATA Why @jetairways is not replying??

[Shradha Malik @ShradhaMalik]

@EtihadHelp The bag is here at the Delhi airport! But the staff is refusing to hand it over! Please help! We are here since 3hrs now!

[Shradha Malik @ShradhaMalik]

@EtihadAirways @jetairways As per the email, our luggage should have been at the airport by now. I see no help and no update! @IATA

[Shradha Malik @ShradhaMalik]

@jetairways Very ill mannered staff! Using absurd language with us! We need a senior official here ASAP! @IATA @EtihadAirways

[Shradha Malik @ShradhaMalik]

@EtihadHelp But the staff here is not helping, and they have no clue of the luggage.

[Shradha Malik @ShradhaMalik]

@EtihadHelp Please do that ASAP! We are sitting at the airport as we were told our luggage has reached Delhi!!

[Shradha Malik @ShradhaMalik]

It's been 2hrs at the airport! No @jetairways staff to help!! What a shame on the service!

[Shradha Malik @ShradhaMalik]

@jetairways and @EtihadAirways acting ridiculously!! 14 days and no clue about our luggage!
