@UPPCLLKO @PVVNLHQ The complaint was resolved at 5:15PM after I personally visited at 2PM to the Substation at Sector 16 वसुंधरा to report the fault. Effectively it took about 7 hrs to resolve a minor issue after reporting to 1912 at 9:45AM, 10:40AM and 12:37PM and a personal visit at 2PM.

@UPPCLLKO @PVVNLHQ This complaint was lodged at 9:45AM, reminder call was done at 10:48AM, again made at 12:36PM. A new complaint number was given: "बिजली के संबंध में आपकी शिकायत संख्या PV12062618243 दर्ज हो गई है –UPPCL". Still waiting for resolving the issue.

@UC_Assist unfortunate that AC service booking is cancelled on the plea that I was unavailable. In place of the booked slot of 10:15AM, the person called at around 10:15 AM to inform he was on the way&when he reached around 11AM, didn't wait for a minute& cancelled the booking.

@IndiaPostOffice No doubt a lot of improvement has taken place in the post office banking system but keeping the e-banking website and manual banking shut for the first two days of FY is not understood. One loses first month interest in PPF due to time taken in the cheque collection.

@RatanRanjan_ @fssaiindia @MOFPI_GOI लीटर और किलोग्राम का अंतर पता होता तो ये बात नहीं बोलते। सिर्फ एक लीटर पानी ही एक केजी होता है, तेल का घनत्व ज्यादा होता है इसलिए एक लीटर का मास एक केजी से कम ही होगा।

@dm_ghaziabad @ceoup @ECISVEEP @UPGovt As per #GNNgzb sms BLOs were to collect forms by visiting every home on 24th but we didn't see any of them. Also amazing to see that on login the voter's portal with mobile, you get your name and EPIC but while filling online enumeration form it says mobile is't linked to EPIC.
