@hasanthehun My take on this is that the actual reason is because if the establishment were to lose the primary it would do far worse damage to them. Now they can just say they would have performed better without actually proving it.

@GlitchedDeals As someone who worked retail for over 10 years you cannot just scan manufacturer coupons on your phone. That is considered coupon fraud and theft. The retailer has to mail that physical coupon in to get the cash value back.
