@airtelindia the only status I get to see every morning when I wake up is your internet is not working. Not one day we have a sustained internet connection. This problem is so irritating, if I have to use mobile hotspot why should I get a WiFi connection????

There is a issue with the Wi-Fi for the past two days and when I raise a complaint on your app it says “unplanned outage”!! Can you pls explain me what’s this? And I’m tired calling your customer care! There is no proper response only!

@cmrlofficial @cmrlofficial Please keep your AFC gates serviced before the passenger services starts. I had to wait more than 5 mins at Nandanam Metro as the AFC gates were restarting. I missed my train to Airport due to this and had to wait for 10 more minutes to catch the next train.

@cmrlofficial How does Chennai Metro connects me to Southern part of Chennai like Thiruvanmiyur, Adyar etc..., Metro existence has no meaning to me as it anyway doesn't connect my area!! Think properly before designing a poster 😅
