.@BillClinton has spent more than two decades killing the truth about his "peace offers" to Palestinians.

The "deal" he offered Palestinians would not have given them "96%-97% of the West Bank." It would have given Israel all of its major West Bank settlement blocs, making a Palestinian state there impossible.

He says Palestinians would have gotten "compensating land in Israel." He omits that he proposed giving Palestinians 1% of Israeli land in exchange for Israel taking 9% of the West Bank -- a ration in Israel's favor of 9 to 1. Also, the Palestinian land that Israel wanted to steal was far more valuable, containing West Bank's key water reserves.

This is all confirmed by a US negotiator, Robert Malley (https://t.co/LA7zHWkfej) and a veteran Israeli negotiator, Ron Pundak (https://t.co/7GrQgg5VTW).

Arafat accepted a huge compromise: just 22% of historic Palestine, with equal land swaps to let Israel keep some of the West Bank.

But Israel, with Clinton's full backing, was so devoted to stealing Palestinian land that it couldn't even accept a Palestinian surrender. Clinton continues to cover that up.
