The National Herald case hearing was scheduled for 12 October, yet protests began on 10 October. The hearing was then rescheduled to 2 November, and now protests have started again on 1 November.

What is wrong with your delivery service?

My package was supposed to be delivered yesterday, but the delivery agent neither called me nor attempted to deliver it. Instead, the agent offered me the option to refuse the delivery and asked for the OTP, suggesting that the package would not be delivered. Later, he assured me that he would deliver it.

Now, I have received a message from Amazon stating that I was unavailable, which is completely false.

Is this some kind of joke? Why should customers suffer because of the irresponsible behaviour of delivery agents? Marking a customer unavailable without even attempting delivery is unacceptable.

I want Amazon to investigate this incident, take appropriate action against the delivery agent, correct the false delivery status, and ensure that my package is delivered as soon as possible.

Please do not give me a standard automated response. I expect a proper investigation and a concrete resolution.
