@FlySWISS @AirCanada its been a nightmare dealing with this. I have already paid for 2 bags and want to add additional kgs or a bag. Because of “codeshare” either of the airlines cant add. What am i supposed to do? I cant play exorbitant prices at the airport as a student.

I’m a PhD student relocating to Canada for 4 years and my ticket includes 2 bags. I’m unable to add extra kgs and am told to pay at the airport with high fees which is unsettling for students. @FlySWISS & @AirCanada keep redirecting me. Please help with any student concession.

@airindia I dont think @airindia is paying any attention towards the resolution needed - they are just hellbent on closing any complaints

@airindia and @AirIndiaX i have been on numerous call over the last week to try and sort my excess baggage out - but apparently none of you can do that online and I need to do it at the airport and pay 20%! What is this policy?

@airindia @AirIndiaX Who is going to share remuneration @airindia ? All your customer service representatives say something else. Some say I cant add bag, some said I can over call and email and in the end they added it? Now @AirIndiaX says the same…
