so both times trump was against women, he won.
the one time he was against a man, he lost.
oh y’all REALLY hate women. even when they’re trying to save you 😂😂😂😂
I reiterate my urgent call to the Israeli government & Hamas leadership to come to an agreement & stop the suffering.
I'm deeply concerned by indications that a large-scale military operation in Rafah may be imminent.
Protection of civilians is paramount in int'l humanitarian law.

Today I saw long lines of blocked relief trucks waiting to be let into Gaza.
It’s time to truly flood Gaza with life-saving aid.
The choice is clear: surge or starvation.
Let’s choose the side of help, the side of hope & the right side of history.
I will not give up.

Why Ceasefire is Necessary for these Children...

Greenpeace is disappointed that the International Court of Justice (ICJ) did not order an immediate ceasefire in Gaza today.
We repeat our call for an immediate and comprehensive ceasefire - massive and urgent humanitarian aid must be delivered unimpeded to the people of Gaza now - and for the release of all hostages and all illegally detained people.
Climate strike week 278. The final outcome of #COP28 is not a “historic win”, it is yet another example of extremely vague and watered down texts full of loopholes that in no way is even close to being sufficient for staying within the 1,5° limit and ensure climate justice.
1/3🧵
The biggest crime currently in India is asking questions to this govt.
Whoever questions them/beloved cronies is either send to jail, fired from jobs,or IT ED,CBI knock their doors.
While a scot free Mahua moitra is expelled today 40% criminals sit safe in that parliament.
My hopes for #COP28:
1. Commitments to get nationally determined contributions in line with 1.5°C limit.
2. Fossil fuel phaseout & big investments in renewables.
3. Acceleration of climate justice.
It is not too late to stop the climate crisis. But we need #ClimateAction now.
Remember, Paris wasn’t “always this way.”
It wasn’t even this way in late 2019 when I was last there.
Just a few years ago, #Paris was choking in car traffic much more.
This is new. This is leadership.
Cities are a result of choices.

No. Sorry. They are not “collateral damage” they are human beings who happen to have been born there and live there and most of those human beings are stuck there. Have some compassion, they are Palestinians not buildings or roads or things, they are human beings and so are the hostages whose lives you may also be destroying. They aren’t “collateral damage” either.

@MahuaMoitra@moefcc@IndianExpress “Democracy is not safe if the people tolerate the growth of private power to a point where it becomes stronger than the democratic state itself. That in its essence is fascism: ownership of govt by an individual.”
Either the projects from Maharashtra are moved to Gujarat or they are awarded to a Gujju businessman..
Wadhavan,Mumbai airport etc and now this 👇
Native Maharashtrian folks either don't exist or not visible to both govt of Maharashtra & India..
