Even the security guard at that location said multiple people visited today asking about same but no one from EPFO ever came.

The P/E for the house would be the income from the house(rental income) to the value or price if house.

I had eps account in Bommasandra, and non eps one in Thane, MH. The amount got debited from Thane and never credited in Bommasandra office. I raised around 15 grievances ober 1.5 years to both offices and finally got the amount credited to old account.

@khushbooverma_ Wow among all these comments, i feel relieved. My agreement mentioned 5% hike, which we negotiated and settled for 4.5%(rounded off the figure) mentioning no hikes this year😂 my landlord is probably clueless about the situation here as he is based in Australia.
