Hello @RailwaySeva I'm travelling in 12313 Kolkata to Delhi, my seats are in tier 2, A1 - 2,4,6,12,18. We all are women and have all upper seats. We have a 1.5 year old baby travelling with us as well as my 60 year old mother who can't climb up the stairs. We need 2 lower seats.
