@shadowfax_in Every other courier company delivers my orders on time without any issue. The problem arises only when Shadowfax is assigned. If I am available at the delivery address, why is the rider not coming to my doorstep to attempt delivery? Stop making excuses and ensure actual delivery.

Extremely disappointed with @shadowfax_in and @savanaglobal .My order has been marked as “customer unavailable” multiple times, despite me being at my delivery location all day. The rider neither calls nor picks up calls. It’s been 5 days with no successful delivery attempt.
@shadowfax_in Received communication on 6th Feb, but by that time my parcel was already cancelled and refund was initiated. The delivery remark mentioned “receiver not available,” which is completely incorrect. I was available at the location, and no proper delivery attempt or genuine contact.
@shadowfax_in I ordered from @savanaglobal the order is not reaching me and the delivery partner is marking it as failed delivery inspite of them never attempting it.
I would request brands to not use @shadowfax_in due to bad customer service and not resolving issues.

@shadowfax_in After Multiple tweets, my package was eventually marked as RTO, my refund has now been processed. But, the entire experience was extremely frustrating & poorly managed, was contacted only once, was assured that the package would be delivered the next day, but there was no contact

@PaytmTravelCare@Paytmcare the flight was cancelled and your support is saying that the flight was completed. This was a return flight, i have logged a consumer grieveance and will proceed to lodge a consumer court complain.
Star air has confirmed the refund.

Airline has refunded but paytm is squatting on it.
@OfficialStarAir by @GhodawatGroup is the worst airline you can travel with. The flights got cancelled 2 hour prior to departure.
The trauma and then the cost associated is never worth the cheap flights!!
