Three coffees in and I'm ready for my long run. Today's freezing temperatures are slightly different to this time last year when I was running in Joshua Tree National Park and thought I was going to literally boil to death.

@jofwise Same here! I filled the time by scrubbing the bathroom (joy!) and then made cakes, which completely negated the exercise this morning, twice over. Probably three times over because of course now I'm eating all of the cakes instead of just one.

Coming home after a 3 mile run I saw this guy roaming my street 🐻😊. I asked if he needed a ride home 🤣 but he said he wanted to walk 🤣
