I look forward to participating in the Bengal Arts and Literature Festival at the ICCR in Kolkata on the 27th of June.
The festival includes the book launch of an anthology of poems entitled A Pity Called War, published by Exceller Books.
I'm delighted that a thematic poem I submitted in April this year has been selected for the anthology!
I plan to visit Kolkata, West Bengal, from the 24th to 28th of June, 2026, and be a part of the Poetry Reading session at the fest.!
Thrilled to be a part of this global network of artists, you might recall I'd gone to Barcelona last year as a participating artist....
On the 20th of June 2026, there'll be a one-day public art exhibition in Madrid...this time, I've sent an artwork, and will track the event live on ExpoMetro's Instagram page (and hope to personally attend future exhibitions worldwide).
Here's what they're about, catch some of the energy, you'll spot me at the end of the video!

10th June, 2026, My Legal Opinion on INC's Rajya Sabha nomination of Ms Natrajan having been rejected:
We live in fascinating times!
I was up till almost 2 o'clock last night, discussing with ChatGPT (AI), the many legal intricacies of our INC candidate's Rajya Sabha nomination having been rejected by the Election Commission.
The AI would take my ideas, add live information, analyse the conversation, and thereby assist me to further refine my articulation!
Essentially, in my humble legal opinion, there are 2 points I'm making:
1. If the ECI insists on rejecting the nomination of Ms Natrajan, then, this being a Rajya Sabha election (as differentiated from Lok Sabha and other direct elections), the entire Rajya Sabha elections for that state (Madhya Pradehsh) should be countermanded in order to achieve a result that reflects the intention of the law.
2. I'm also looking at this through the prism of the spirit of the law w.r.t. party representations (versus individual candidate's stakes) as mandated by the law.
This is my personal legal opinion on 10th June, 2026

World Environment Day greetings to all!
I'll be speaking on my book, Canvassing Art, at a three-day art exhibition of my paintings and books at Quill and Canvas, Gurugram, today, and hope to meet some of you there!
As a rule, although I'm an Elected Member of the All India Congress Committee (AICC), I have always chosen not to join any of our frontal organizations.
However, on invitation from the Adivasi Congress, I attended the Adivasi Professionals Conclave 2026 yesterday at Indira Bhavan, New Delhi (at my own expense, as always, I need to specify).
And sat in the audience.
And jotted down notes for myself.

While in Singapore, I explored the Oceanarium, and made time to visit the Marine Mammal Centre where there's an open current where Dolphin Interactions are organized for humans visiting Sentosa Island.
This was on the 16th of May, 2026
More on this event in the days ahead!
Sharing a link to the cellphone recording of the panel discussion on ESG Disputes and Corporate Governance: Navigating Emerging Risks and Accountability, that I participated in and moderated at the World Lawyers Forum, Singapore, on the 19th of May, 2026:

I spoke at the 24th session of the World Lawyers Forum in Singapore on the 18th and 19th of May, 2026
The panel discussion (which I also moderated), was on ESG Disputes and Corporate Governance: Navigating Emerging Risks and Accountability.
I believe this Forum is a strategically useful platform on which to test, discover, and amplify a range of ideas and solutions connected to law and policy for the good of humankind.
