A taxpayer, a customer, and an unwilling investor in mediocrity. I call out bad service wherever I find it. If you’ve charged me, governments, corporations, travel apps, delivery platforms, you’ve earned a spot on my timeline.
There’s this set of people, other than Andhbhakts, who also stand for women’s safety and talk about feminism, but on the other hand, lowkey defend patriarchy, might not fully support the CJP protest but indirectly support it under a political umbrella (iykyk) just to be safe, and still defend Delhi Police saying they’re just following orders, and that even if they beat people or carry out illegal detentions, it’s fine because they’re just doing their jobs.
I mean, isn’t there a moral compass anymore that allows people to choose right from wrong? When things have gone beyond the point of tolerance, you need to pick a side and stand for what’s right. You can’t just always pick the neutral ground and stay in the good books. Goddammit, pick a side, c’mon! 🙄😭

Travelling on IX1540 from Bengaluru to Varanasi my power bank was mistakenly left in my check-in bag. When I was called to collect, I rushed to the counter, but after a long wait was refused the item. With the gate closing, I had to leave w/o it @airindiaexpress Pls look into it.
@in_greensm hi there! Being late to board the cab was on me, and I completely understand if the driver wanted to refuse the ride. That’s fair. But what is NOT fair is deliberately refusing to cancel the ride and leaving me stuck.
The driver was standing downstairs outside my house the entire time, yet he didn’t cancel the ride. Since the ride was still active on my app, I couldn’t book another cab. I had to wait during busy office hours and eventually book an Uber just to leave.
You are no one to “punish” a customer for being late. If you don’t want to take the ride, simply cancel it. Deliberately keeping the ride active and making the customer wait is extremely unprofessional and outrageous.
@in_greensm please look into this and make sure your drivers understand that customers deserve basic courtesy and professionalism. There have already been far too many such incidents reported across India.

@makemytrip , since your executive Ms. Deepansha chose to defend the issue instead of investigating it, let me lay out the facts.
We were two female travellers - Anushka and Shruti. The booking was made through Anushka’s account, but since your service failed us, I’m using my own X account to highlight how this complaint has been handled.
The so-called “upgrade” and “compensation” that Ms. Deepansha keeps referring to was for the Indore → Ujjain ride on 17 July 2026. That was not an upgrade. It’s standard vendor allocation, whichever vehicle is available gets assigned. Please don’t package routine business practice as customer compensation. I know how this industry works.
Our complaint is about the 19 July 2026 booking.
I’m attaching your own email where the vehicle type is first shown as “UNKNOWN” and then reflected as a Sedan. The vehicle that actually arrived was a Bolero. Which one is the truth?
Despite repeatedly sharing the correct booking ID, Ms. Deepansha continued investigating an entirely different ride.
If you’re generating invoices, then answer these basic questions:
• Which vehicle was assigned?
• Who was the driver?
• What was the trip start and end time?
• How many kilometres were covered?
Or do these records not exist?
Instead, your executives kept us occupied for over two hours, leaving us with no option but to book an Uber. Even that invoice was shared with Ms. Deepansha. Yet your investigation conveniently ignored all of it.
Is this what @makemytrip calls a fair investigation before closing a customer’s complaint?
The telephonic conversation you’re relying on isn’t even about the booking under dispute. Quoting an unrelated call and presenting it as a resolution is not customer support, it’s an attempt to dispose of a complaint without addressing the facts.
And Ms. Deepansha, please also mention that during your “investigation” you questioned why we didn’t take photographs of the two men involved. Is this @makemytripcare ’s approach to women’s safety expecting two women in a distressing situation to collect evidence instead of expecting your platform to maintain accurate records?
Now for the bigger question.
Suhashini, Simran, Deeksha, Charu, and Deepansha - I am not asking for sympathy. I am asking for accountability.
As women representing @makemytripcare , do you genuinely believe this is how a woman’s safety complaint should be investigated? Or is the objective simply to close the ticket, regardless of the facts?

@commoncitizenh1@agoda Hello sir, thank you so much for showing your concern. The respective team has escalated and have looked into the matter, let’s hope it gets solved as they have discussed.
We are 2 women travellers who checked into a @Agoda booking at a @FabHotels property today, after the hotel had ample time to prepare the room for check-in.
We were welcomed by: A filthy room
A foul-smelling bathroom
Paan spit stains
Male undergarments hanging in the washroom.
This is not just poor hospitality, It's completely unacceptable and raises serious concerns about hygiene and guest safety.
We need a full refund, and substantial compensation from both @agodaindia and @FabHotels for this appalling experience!!!
@makemytrip We have an evening flight and have been waiting since 12:30 PM with no cab details or confirmed driver. After 2+ hours, there’s still no resolution. Instead, you sent two different cabs, and neither driver knew whom they were supposed to pick up. Unreliable service!
After 3 hours of ridiculous back-and-forth, endless negotiations, and complete mismanagement, we had no choice but to book an @Uber ourselves just to make it to our flight. Thanks, @Uber, for being reliable when it mattered.
As two women travellers, we expected our concerns to be treated with urgency and seriousness. Instead, we were left waiting for hours with no meaningful action. This level of customer support and handling of passenger safety is deeply disappointing, @makemytrip.

even though we had already prepaid during booking. This has been frustrating, frightening, and completely unsafe for two women travelling. Is this the level of service and safety @makemytrip stands by?
@makemytrip To make matters worse, the cab had two men in them, which is against your stated safety rules. In one cab, the person claiming to be the driver wasn’t even driving and kept saying on calls, “Payment nahi karoge toh drop nahi karenge”.
