In below post, you assured there won't be any deduction of convenience fee, but now i see the refund which is initiated is after deducting convenience fee and even there is no response fron @GoibiboSupport team over DM. This was not expected.

My flight from jaipur to bengaluru is cancelled by airlines but when raised a request on goibibo, its showing a deduction of around 1700 rs. This is highly unfair. Also there is no option to contact ur customer support

You did mention that entire amount including convenience fee would be refunded but in the amount shown, convenience fee is shown as deducted.

@letsblinkit I received damaged product under order id ORD26407262997. Unable to connect to chat support even.after multiple attempts. This is really pathetic in terms of customer service and satisfaction.

When trying to reach out to Swiggy customer care, they just ask ask to drop email to a team which never solves any issues for customer. Good fraudulent activities going hand in hand by swiggy and restaurant.
@UC_Assist Also for a false commitment where ur team guaranteed compensation if the work is not completed by 7 PM yesterday. Work is not done even as of now.
@urbancompany_UC is full of fraudulent people both as professional on ground and at support level who don't value time of customers. They even don't know how to talk properly. Say no to @urbancompany_UC .
